For the 2025 edition of the CRF250R we’ve pushed the boundaries even further with a redesigned frame for sharper turns, new suspension components for consistent stroke performance, and a more responsive front brake with less lever play. With HRC Launch Control for optimal starts and three riding modes for mixed conditions, you can tackle any track with confidence.

Features

New Triple Clamps

New top and bottom triple claims work with the new frame, revised fork, new front axle and new steering stem for a more consistent suspension feel throughout the stroke. Together, the new hardware helps improve the responsiveness, rigidity and turning performance of the new line. The road to perfect balance starts here.

Smooth Styling

Redesigned bodywork features smooth, flat surfaces to increase rider ergonomics, provide better grip and promote freedom of movement. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about riding better.

The 49mm Showa® fork features a conventional spring design that helps increase front-suspension precision, handling and feel. New springs, seals and valving improve the consistency of the stroke feel throughout the entire range of travel, delivering a smoother and more controlled ride.

The revamped bodywork features smooth, flat surfaces to increase rider ergonomics, provide better grip and promote freedom of movement while riding. It’s not just a redesign, it’s a performance upgrade.

Yoshimura Exhaust

Featuring a stainless-steel header pipe and titanium muffler, the Yoshimura exhaust system boosts the torque and power of your ride. It’s light, super trick, and tucks away neatly for better ergonomics.

Hydraulic Clutch

The CRF250RWE features a new, hydraulically actuated clutch just like the CRF450s do. The Grand Prix MX-inspired system reduces clutch free play variation, allowing for smoother gear shifts when you need them most.

Nine-plate clutch assembly
The CRF250R features a robust nine-plate clutch assembly for better durability and torque transmission. The optimised design reduces slip at peak power, offers lighter clutch pull, and provides an improved engagement feel.

Handling

Rear Suspension Linkage

The new frame design on the CRF250R leaves room for a specialised rear shock. The shock’s valving resets fast for better response and handling on any terrain. It even features a special steel spring that cuts weight without cutting performance, so you can own the track-lap after lap.

Dunlop Geomax MX33 Tyres

Offering superior grip, slide control, bump absorption and durability, Dunlop MX33 tyres provide the stability and traction needed to harness the power of the Works Edition.

ONLINE ORDERING

You agree to place your order to purchase this vehicle using this online order form from Western Motorcycles. Your Payment, made via this online process, is a refundable, transferable holding deposit. The Deposit is refundable up until the time you sign our dealership sales documents, so you need not worry if circumstances change.

REQUEST PROCESS

After completing your online order you will receive an email with the details of your order. Western Motorcycles will then contact you either by phone, email or SMS to confirm your order, including the availability of the vehicle, accessories or any special requests you may have. We will also supply the necessary documents to complete the sale along with additional information regarding the status of your order and preparation and delivery timing for pick up or delivery of your vehicle.

DEPOSIT

When you click on “Proceed to Payment” you will be transferred to PayPal to make your holding deposit. The Deposit of $1,000 is paid via PayPal either your PayPal account or PayPal’s credit card facility. Payment for your order will be due in full (excluding the deposit) at Western Motorcycles before the Vehicle is registered in your nominated registration name.
