Idle stop also reduces the Dios fuel consumption and noise while waiting at a stop, such as an intersection. Its larger than usual wide-diameter wheels give it confident handling and with Hondas unique Combined Braking System (CBS) offer optimum stopping ability. The generous storage compartment under the seat, electric start and large 4.9 litre fuel tank add to the DIOs versatility. Night riding is no hesitation with its two-tiered headlight system.

Designed to be comfortable for both the rider and passenger, the ergonomically sculpted one-piece seat is set at a height of 760mm, giving plenty of legroom while also making the scooter easy to handle. Allied to the stable, highly manoeuvrable chassis, the position of the handlebars has been carefully designed to give the rider confident control.
Spacious 18L under-seat storage to carry all your work or study needs. With space enough for shopping, a waterproof over suit, security locks or a full-face crash helmet, careful packaging design has yielded a large and convenient storage space under the seat of the Dio.
With its taut surfaces, sharp lines and aggressively-styled headlight, the Dio is a striking, contemporary-looking machine.
The seamless dash is integrated into the smooth surfaces of the DIO and offers analogue read out. A parking lever (brake lock) can be easily operated on the front and rear brake levers for safe parking on slopes and further maximizes convenience and safety.

Performance
