Western Motorcycles, one of Sydney’s longest running motorcycle dealerships and an industry sales leader, is looking for a passionate and confident person to fill the role of Finance/Insurance Consultant & Administration.   

We are located in Penrith and have been owned by the same family since 1975.  We sell new Suzuki, Honda, Royal Enfield, Can Am and Beta motorcycles, as well as an array of used motorcycles.  Our dealership also consists of a spare parts/accessories department and workshop.

Duties include

• Manage customer finance and insurance inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in
• Preparing and submitting new finance applications, ensuring customers are kept in the loop throughout the application process
• Arranging insurance quotes and policies
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and accreditation with relevant financiers
• Receipting of customer deposits
• Establish CTP’s and complete all RMS work including establishing/transferring registrations and notice of disposals
• Maintain records required by the state government for the sale of second hand motorcycles
• Complete vehicle warranty registrations through the manufacturer’s portals

Skills and requirements

• Friendly, customer service oriented nature and the ability to build strong relationships with our customers based on trust and confidence
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a drive to achieve strong outcomes for both customers and the business
• Excellent computer literacy, written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self motivated with an ability to prioritise in line with the processes and structures in place
• Previous experience in finance/insurance will be looked at favourably
